We deliver across Yerevan and to every province of Armenia, on Saturdays. Below: delivery zones, cost, day and payment method. The terms are the same whichever product you order.

Delivery zones and cost
We deliver across Yerevan and to every province of Armenia. Orders leave directly from our mill in Hatis village, Kotayk Province, so we accept delivery addresses anywhere in the country.

The delivery charge is the same everywhere: there is no surcharge for delivery to the provinces. “To your building” means the order is handed over at the entrance; “to your door” means it is carried up to your flat.
Delivery day
Delivery runs on Saturdays only. When you place the order you can pick the Saturday that suits you, starting from the next one. Once we receive the order we will call you to confirm the contents, the address and the delivery day. If the chosen day has to change, we contact you in advance.
What happens after you order
Once you place an order it reaches us straight away, and we call the number you gave us to confirm what you ordered, the address and the Saturday for delivery. If anything needs checking or changing — a quantity, a bag size or the address — that call is the moment to do it. After confirmation the order is put together at our mill and sets off on the chosen day. You pay on delivery, once you have the goods. If any question comes up about your order, you can always ring the same number we used to confirm it.
Payment
Payment is made on delivery, once you have received the order. We ask for no deposit. The delivery charge is added to the order total and shown in the cart before you confirm.
Packaging
All products are sold in 3, 5, or 10 kg bags, priced per kilogram. You can combine different products and different bag sizes in one order — the delivery charge is not doubled for a single order.
